Go to any area that you can fall off of(it should be a reasonably high place)and slowly edge yourself off of it.If done right, you will fall off going down vertically. Now hold down A so that you accelerate, and you should go through the ground, with varying affects depending on the level.

Go to the San Fransisco level, and on the beginning bridge,go to an opening.Slowly move so that two wheels are on the ground beside the opening, and the other two in the air.Your car will automatically turn, and you should go through the bridge! This will cause many things to happen, such as you shoot through the bridge aiming upwards, and getting stuck in the air,or it may cause you to fall off the bridge entirely, putting you in the water(which if you have played California Speed you will know is weird,as pretty much everything is covered with invisble walls to prevent you from jump off bridges and buildings and such),and many other glitchy things.

Go to the San Fransisco level, and go to the lower level of the bridge you start on.Now,when you get to one of the ramps that would allow you to get to the higher area of the bridge, drive into the area where the ramp meets the top of the bridge,at an angle, having most of your vehicle hitting the ceiling.Your speed should be fairly high(150-170).If done correctly, you will stick to the ceiling, and do some pretty wacky stuff, such as floating in mid-air,floating backwards in mid-air,and dropping you so that you can drive BACKWARDS(if you've played this game you'll know there's no reverse, and you can't turn around).
