Play as Kohru(sp?) the Iron Mole, and start a match against anyone in any mode (except Training). Get your opponent's health as low as you can, to the point where your weakest attack would defeat him. Use a weak attack, and as soon as your opponent dies, press Y to flip over them. They will stand up for a little bit; then, you'll hear a sound as if they were hit and their knees were buckling.
Here's a fun thing to try. In the part of the level just
after the area where the Floating Guy Glitch happened, go
to the door, open it, but don't go inside. Lock on to
someone (A button) and let the door close in front of you.
Stay locked on to the guy, and open the door. He will have
teleported back to his starting position.
Now, how'd I do the Dumb Guy Glitch? Well, I killed everyone
except for one guy, and instead made him surrender. The door
closed just after he dropped his weapon. I opened it, and he
was just standing there (Video 1). I couldn't walk through him,
but he didn't respond to anything... So, I jumped onto the
corner of the rail and tried to jump onto the Dumb Guy. Instead
of landing on him, however, I pushed him away, and when I
looked back at him, he was holding an "invisible weapon" --
that is, he thought he had a gun but he was just holding air
(Video 2). I brought him downstairs and tried to bring him to
the next gunfight (Video 3). During the gunfight, I found that
he completely ignored the presence of the other CPUs, and kept
standing there. I think he was using a template AI -- that is,
an AI that is used as the basis for all other AIs. I made
everyone surrender, but the Dumb Guy just stood there, pointing
his air gun at me. However, when everybody disappeared AFTER
surrendering, he vanished with them. Odd.
